(0:10) you have asked us to put into the core
(0:12) reserve platform let’s get started let’s
(0:15) start the year in review off with split
(0:17) billing this allows on the admin side
(0:19) for you to click the split across all
(0:21) players and this 24 court fee now
(0:24) becomes six dollars across all of the
(0:27) players on the reservation you can also
(0:29) now calculate fees for each player at
(0:31) the reservation type level so once you
(0:34) click this box the system will now
(0:36) charge each player their court fees
(0:39) based on their membership types let’s
(0:41) talk about player self-check-in now you
(0:43) have a great way for your players to
(0:45) easily check in with a usb device that
(0:49) reads barcodes to scan in at your front
(0:51) desk for lessons reservations and events
(0:55) we also did a great member portal
(0:57) redesign and website builder this summer
(0:59) in the court reserve platform now you
(1:01) can make your player side completely
(1:04) customizable to your organization with
(1:06) information and news and announcements
(1:09) about what you want to show your players
(1:11) and also
(1:12) your potential members at your
(1:14) organization court reserve also came out
(1:16) with the new book a pro feature book of
(1:19) pro allows your instructors and coaches
(1:22) to publish a schedule so that players
(1:24) can book lessons directly with them on
(1:27) your court reserve platform let’s not
(1:29) forget the waivers and agreements
(1:31) project this is a great way to have your
(1:34) membership or even general liability
(1:36) waivers uploaded into the court reserve
(1:38) platform with the use of our signing
(1:40) rules you can go in and have all of your
(1:43) members and guests sign off on all the
(1:46) legalities that your organization needs
(1:49) and let’s not forget the first access
(1:51) wi-fi control that we did with remote
(1:53) lock over the summer
(1:54) this allows you to have your courts and
(1:57) doors locked it gives players who make
(1:59) reservations a unique four-digit pin
(2:02) code that allows safety and security in
(2:04) your facility and only allowing those
(2:07) players who have reservations to access
(2:09) locked courts and gates the new file
(2:11) repository allows you as an organization
(2:14) to keep all of your images video and
(2:16) documents safe and secure within the
(2:18) court reserve platform we also release a
(2:20) way for organizations who need coca-19
(2:23) tracking to do this within the court
(2:25) reserve platform
(2:27) you can easily upload passports and keep
(2:29) up with vaccination status we also
(2:31) released a recurring fee schedule so
(2:34) that now you can come in and post
(2:36) recurring fees for locker rentals ball
(2:38) machines all of those extras at the club
(2:41) attendance tracker is a great new
(2:43) feature for those who want to track
(2:45) daily attendance in their organization
(2:48) and let’s not forget some of the other
(2:50) great features court reserve has placed
(2:52) into the platform this year including
(2:55) better session reporting refund
(2:57) improvements
(2:58) invoicing for individuals and membership
(3:01) improvements that now includes prorating
(3:04) memberships
(3:05) prerequisite memberships and trial
(3:08) memberships as well
(3:10) don’t forget the customer idea board is
(3:13) exactly where we need you to go and put
(3:15) in your ideas and vote on all of the
(3:18) ideas that you want to see upcoming in
(3:20) 2022. well that took longer than two
(3:22) minutes that just means that you gave us
(3:24) more ideas than we knew what to do with
